Sliced Smoked Salmon

Smoked Salmon is delicious served with a squeeze of lemon, a little cayenne pepper, and brown bread and butter. Make a mousse by mashing with creme fraiche and dill and moulding it into a mound surround by slices of Smoked salmon.
