Swallow's Salmon Smokie

Allow Approximately 110gms of Swallow' Smokie per person. Poach the Smokie in water or milk until the flesh starts to flake. Serve hot with green vegetables and new potatoes, or serve with a green salad. Try flaked Smokie in your baked potatoes, scoop out the potato and mix with 55gms of Smokie add a small knob of butter and refill your potato.
