I know this is a bit of blast from the past, but our homemade kipper pate is simply delicious. The rustic flavour of our kipper pate entices your taste buds to a time gone by, homemade in our 'fisherman's kitchen' using our very own kippers which we smoke here in our traditional 19th century smoke houses, the birth place of the original kipper.
INGREDIENTS: Kipper [68%] (Herring [FISH], salt, oak smoke), Mayonnaise (Rapeseed oil (78%), water, pasteurised EGG and EGG yolk (8.9%), spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, lemon juice, antioxidant [calcium disodium EDTA], flavouring, paprika extract), Lemon Juice, Salted butter (MILK, Salt), Lemon Zest.
